What we treat
Three lanes of care,
one provider who knows you.
Most virtual clinics hand you whichever clinician is free. Here you build a relationship with one nurse practitioner who carries your history forward from visit to visit.
Weight & Metabolic Health
A medically supervised program — not a prescription vending machine. Labs, dosing, side-effect management, and the nutrition and muscle-preservation plan that makes the results hold.
- GLP-1 therapy where clinically appropriate
- Baseline and follow-up lab work
- Insulin resistance & prediabetes
- Ongoing dose titration and check-ins
Chronic Condition Management
Blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol, type 2 diabetes — conditions that need steady hands and regular follow-up, not a rushed fifteen minutes twice a year.
- Medication review and refills
- Routine lab ordering and interpretation
- Scheduled follow-up cadence
- Older-adult care
- Specialist referrals when needed
Acute & Everyday Care
The things that shouldn't cost you a half-day and an urgent-care copay. Book in the morning, be seen the same day, get treated from your kitchen table.
- Sinus infections, sore throat, cough
- Urinary tract infections
- Rashes and skin concerns
- Medication refills between visits
How it works
From booked to treated,
usually inside a week.
Everything runs through one secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal — scheduling, forms, your visit, your notes, and your bill.
01
Book online
Pick a time that works. You'll get a secure link to your intake forms — fill them out from your phone before the visit so none of your appointment gets spent on paperwork.
02
Meet by video
A real visit, not a questionnaire. We go through your history, your goals, and your medications, then build a plan together. Labs get ordered to a draw site near you.
03
Stay connected
Prescriptions go to your pharmacy. Your notes, results, and next steps live in your portal — and you can message your provider between visits instead of waiting for the next one.
Conditions we see
A broad scope,
honestly defined.
If something falls outside what's safe to manage virtually, we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right care — that's part of the job.
Care is provided to adults 18 and older. Peta is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care; we do not see pediatric patients.
This is not emergency care. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For mental health crises, call or text 988.
Cost
One clear price.
Published up front.
Every visit has a published price, so you know what you owe before you're on camera — not three weeks later in an envelope.
Flat, published pricing
Pay one clear price with nothing added afterward.
- Primary care — $100 initial · $50 follow-up
- Acute care — $100 initial · $50 follow-up
- Weight & metabolic — $200 initial · $100 refill
- Quick weight-loss question — $50
Medication and laboratory costs are billed separately by your pharmacy and lab. The weight & metabolic fee covers your clinical care — evaluation, labs review, dose management, and follow-up — not the medication itself.
Concierge membership
For patients who'd rather
not wait at all.
Three membership tiers from $49/month — for one adult, a couple, or up to four. Direct messaging, extended visits, and priority same-day scheduling. Enrollment is capped on purpose: the access is only real if the panel stays small.
- PrimeCare Solo
- $49/month · one adult
- DuoCare
- $89/month · two adults
- TotalCare Family
- $149/month · up to four adults
A membership is not insurance and is not a substitute for it. Medications, labs, and imaging are billed separately.
Where we practice
Licensed in four states.
Open in Florida today.
State licensure decides who a clinician can legally treat, and we take that seriously. Florida is live now, with the remaining states opening as scheduling is set up in each.
- FL
- TX
- CA
- NY
You must be physically located in a state where your provider holds an active license at the time of your visit.
Why patients stay
One provider, not a rotating queue
You see the same nurse practitioner every visit. She reads your chart before you log on because she wrote it.
Messaging between visits
A side effect on day four shouldn't wait until week eight. Send a secure message and get an answer.
Labs and prescriptions handled
Orders go to a draw site near you; prescriptions go to your pharmacy. Results are reviewed with you, not just posted.
Nothing sold you don't need
No supplement upsells, no auto-renewing bundles. Clinical decisions stay clinical.
Questions
Before you book
Is a nurse practitioner the same as seeing a doctor?
Nurse practitioners are advanced practice registered nurses with graduate-level clinical training and national board certification. In Florida, NPs diagnose conditions, order and interpret labs, and prescribe medication. Research on NP-delivered primary care has consistently found outcomes comparable to physician-delivered care for the conditions we treat here.
Where a case needs a physician specialist — cardiology, endocrinology, surgery — we refer you, and we say so directly.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at this time. Visits are self-pay at the published prices on this site, with nothing added afterward.
Can you prescribe GLP-1 medications like semaglutide?
When it's clinically appropriate, yes. That determination is made after a real evaluation — history, current medications, contraindications, and baseline labs. These medications carry meaningful risks and are not right for everyone, and we won't prescribe them on the basis of an online form alone.
Coverage and out-of-pocket cost vary widely by plan. We'll walk you through the actual numbers before anything is sent to a pharmacy.
What can't be handled over video?
Anything needing hands-on examination, imaging, or immediate intervention — suspected fractures, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, significant injuries. Some medications, including most controlled substances, also can't be prescribed in a telehealth-only relationship.
If your situation needs in-person care, we'll say so early in the visit and help you get to the right place.
How quickly can I be seen?
Acute visits are typically available same or next day. New patient and program visits are generally within the same week. Live availability shows in the booking calendar below.
Is my information private?
Yes. Scheduling, intake forms, video visits, records, and payments all run through a HIPAA-compliant platform under a signed Business Associate Agreement. We do not request health information through this website and do not store it here, and your information is never sold.
Book
Choose a time that works
Real availability, updated live. You'll get intake forms by secure link right after booking.
Before you book. A video visit is not the same as an in-person one. Your provider cannot physically examine you, technology can fail, and some conditions cannot be diagnosed or safely managed without being seen in person. Booking means you have read how telehealth works and what its limits are. You can stop telehealth care at any time.
